Appointment & Cancellation Policy

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

Appointments may be booked online or through approved booking methods. A valid credit card may be required to reserve an appointment.

ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and begin your service on time.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their service shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. Full service fees may still apply.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty when at least 24 hours' notice is provided.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

No-Show Appointments

Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment are considered a without notice are considered a ‘no-show’ and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

Running Late or Unable to Attend

If you are running late or unable to attend your appointment, please contact Nettle & Neem as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

Services that have already been performed are final sale and non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact Nettle & Neem within 7 days so we can discuss an appropriate resolution.

Right to Refuse Service

Nettle & Neem Herbal Head Spa LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any client displaying inappropriate, abusive, threatening, harassing, intoxicated, or unsafe behavior.

Pricing

Service prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honored for that appointment.

Policy Changes

Nettle & Neem Herbal Head Spa LLC reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time. The most current version will be available on the business website and booking platform.
